Conduct a Geological and Hydrological study in 26 project areas in Bicol Region. Assess the feasibility of sites for sand and gravel extraction based on river morphology, sediment distribution, and sediment transport properties. Determine extractable volume of sand and gravel deposits per year based on the computed replenishment rate. Evaluate geological, geohazard inputs to technical reports in accordance to Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) guidelines.

Responsible for performing a wide variety of production tasks for Geology, Geohazard and Geotechnical projects and data management. Assist and support Lead Geologist and Project Managers in meeting project deliverable requirements and deadlines.

Assist the Lead EGGAR Preparer in the preparation of technical reports of Engineering Geological and Geohazard Assessment (EGGA) for 10 Proponents of Special Use Agreement in Protected Areas (SAPA) located Nueva Ecija. This hazard assessment involves a geologic, hydrologic, volcanic and seismic assessment. The hazard assessments focus on the following: (a) Flood-related hazards, (b) Seismic related hazards, and Landslide related hazards.

Assist the Lead EGGAR Preparer in the preparation of technical report of Engineering Geological and Geohazard Assessment (EGGA) for a Housing Project (Mayon View Residences) located in Tabaco City, Albay, Bicol.This activity is pursuant to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Administrative Order 2000-28 and Mines and Geosciences Bureau Circular No. 2002-02-43, which requires all public and private proponents of housing projects and other land development projects to submit an Engineering Geological and Geohazard Assessment Report (EGGAR) as an additional requirement prior to the issuance of an Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC). The objective of this assessment is to evaluate the geologic environment and the processes that shaped it to determine possible geologic hazards that could affect this relocation project site.The project area is a proposed relocation housing project in Barangay San Vicente, Tabaco City funded by the National Housing Authority. It is roughly 300 meters east of the San Vicente River, a major stream that links directly to the Mayon Volcano more than 10 kilometers south.
