A champion for innovation, I also spearheaded design thinking initiatives and a Change Management Program to embed these practices across the organization.Driven by a passion for corporate strategy, I pivoted to my current role at UL Solutions where I developed growth strategies to drive new business opportunities. Leading enterprise strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams solidified my strategic thinking, execution and leadership skills.
