We developed effective Events & Programming strategies for Sentosa island to fulfil brand promise, drive direct visitorship, and indirect revenue to island partners. Responsible for conceptualisation, business structuring, partnership management, procurements, and events management. We ideated, developed, and facilitated new sustainable programmes with partners to drive direct revenue, and also forged strong strategic partnerships, and amplified existing partnerships to increase events’ value proposition, driving visitorship and spend.Led cross-functional workstreams to develop effective business strategies and established measurable deliverables and targets.Key Achievements:1. Worked with multi-government agencies to design think and map out the key objectives and unique selling points of the Singapore Wellness Festival.2. Collaborated with local top escape game specialists to develop Sentosa’s first virtual game, Fort Siloso The Quest of Lost Gold.3. Led the conceptualisation and launch the first company virtual dinner and dance within 3 months of preparation.4.
