Also part of the on-call support for after sales troubleshooting.

Generating work plans for client specific requirements. Reviewing and signing-off on monthly infrastructure utilization report.

Part of the Quality Assurance team responsible for inspecting outbound shipments and in conducting random sampling to ensure product quality. Prepared reports and documentations such as Bill of Materials, First Article Inspection and Final Inspection Guides.
