My duties are deposit processing, counting and balancing large sums of money, tracking and exceeding minimum productivity goals, and assisting in other departments as needed. I also train new employees in addition to providing support and coaching to my peers. I correspond daily with the Federal Reserve Bank to coordinate the shipping and ordering of multi-million dollar deposits. I am also responsible for managing labor and productivity for my team, while also staying within all compliance guidelines. In addition to maintaining daily minimum/ maximum custodial inventory holdings, some of my other duties include researching and resolving “out – of – balance” request from customers, performing the daily balancing of our onsite as well as offsite coin and currency and maintaining all necessary reports and paperwork all within a fast paced and extremely deadline driven environment.

I worked at TACO BELL as well as one of its franchisees, (KORMEX FOODS), as a manager. My duties were to ensure every member of the crew delivered great customer service, stay within the guidelines of the food safety regulations, maintaining product quality, tracking labor, managing inventory, managing cash, opening/ closing the restaurant and occasionally making the daily deposits as well as overseeing the daily operations required to smoothly run the restaurant.
