In addition to the role as a Studio Assistant:• Manage and lead a team of 7 workshop facilitators and retail staff for Boutiques Fair and various corporate workshops, serving as the main in-charge• Lead training sessions and onboarding of new staff for workshop facilitation, as well as provide support for staff where necessary• Assist in hosting larger scale off-site corporate workshops, with prominent clients including LOEWE, MOE, NUH, NCCS and Chung Cheng High (Yishun), facilitating workshops of up to 90 pax

• Ensure that the studio is conducive and inviting for hosting of workshops and clients• Procure studio essentials, materials and other resources required for smooth operation• Plan, organise and execute on-site events at different scales, including Studio Opening, as well as the brand's 5th Anniversary Party• Plan, organise and execute off-site events including GREENHOUSE by Pass It On, MYMCA’S GMGS Fundraising Event and Boutiques Fair: The Gifting Edition 2022• Manage online orders, fulfilling customer orders in a timely and efficient manner

• Coach students on vital performance skills and prepare them for ABRSM and Trinity College London exams, including Performance Grade, Music Theory and Diploma exams• Hone students’ passion for music by creating exciting and unique lesson plans to cater to individual students’ needs• Prepare students for future study in secondary-level Music Elective Programme (MEP), as well as Higher Music at ‘O’ Level and ‘A’ Level

• Actively attend and contribute to quarterly meetings to plan for events held by the organization• Facilitate and ensure smooth operation of student camps, masterclasses and performances held throughout the year • Plan and execute concerts and camps for student groups of varying sizes, including the Annual Graduation Concert 2022• Planning Committee member for Perpetuo Musica Concert 2020 and 2021

• Receive training to introduce and teach piano and violin to both new and experienced students between 4-70 years old• Guide students and prepared them for ABRSM and Trinity Practical exams, as well as Music Theory exams• Create unique lesson plans to cater to individual students’ needs• Organized and hosted a joint student recital with other teachers, including assembling performers, creating the programme and compiling performance videos
