● Served on the ACC Board of Directors Development Committee as well as the Board of Advisors for Saint Lucie and Martin’s County Florida. Developed, managed, and advanced donor and prospect relationships and encouraged increased giving through the execution of identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual prospects for annual, capital, and programmatic support.● Began building and emphasizing the importance of prospect research by developing a protocol introducing data provided by periodic data mining to identify prospects and use engagement strategies based on research outcomes and patterns. Researched all new donors, provided them with welcome packets, and developed an individual annual giving strategy.● Recruited, interviewed, and trained four(4) qualified and dedicated staff for Alzheimer's Community Care; Director of Development, Director of Special Events and Community Relations, Development Managed data/Research/Stewardship, and reorganized the position of the Director of Grants and Foundations to scale up to the national level.● Acted as a liaison to Education/Medical/Community in support of the Annual Education Conference and hospital, nursing, hospice, and university/college education and training in Alzheimer's and Dementia.● Expanded Community and Social impact, education, involvement, exposure, and outreach by ACC staff and executive team by joining and participating in local Chamber of Commerce, social club meetings, and community events.● Implemented data conversion and enhancements to the Development, Finance, Research, and Human Resources Databases. Managed and was the direct contact for the selection, orchestration, staff access, and training of all outside consultants involved.Personally managed a portfolio of 120-150 mid to top-level prospects and coordinated donor visits with the President, and senior staff in addition to scheduling personal visits to assigned major donors.
