As an Executive Team Leader - Guest Experience, I have taken the lead in:Driving sales by overseeing the guest service experience throughout the entire store.Providing my team with orientation and training, counseling and coaching, and on-the-job support.Ensuring great service by interacting with guests and team members.Striving to achieve sales goals and maintain budget controls.Recruiting, selecting and developing my talented retail team members.Acting as leader on duty responding to guest and team member concerns, as well as opening and closing the store and ensuring all Target property and personnel are secure.I've been able to use my cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis. My ability to continuously move around all areas of the store on a daily basis have made me an true member of my store's team.

I created the original concept for full-size Disney Shops within Target Stores in the Disney World and Disneyland markets. I buy licensed merchandise for these shops and develop merchandise strategies to maximize sales opportunities. In my role as a Market Segmentation Buyer, I create and execute regional merchandise programs that have increased Breast Cancer Awareness with the by-product being the contribution of donations to needy breast cancer charities throughout the southeast. I create and execute an annual Mardi Gras Program that is inclusive of strategizing assortments and developing merchandising plan-o-grams, for markets throughout the Gulf Coast.I partner with HQ buyers and backup their supply chain by working with my team of vendors to keep the merchandise pipeline flowing. By identifying micro-market opportunities I develop programs that support specific markets and sporting events, i.e. the Daytona 500, Coke Zero 400, and hardlines for the New York Yankees shop in the Bronx terminal.I also act as the Business Analyst for my department.
