Service Delivery Manager
CurrentPerform a variety of different roles and exercise expertise in strategically managing projects and building high performing teams. Work with internal and external teams to prioritize workloads to maximize efficiency and customer value. Assist multiple technical teams in setting up Project or Team Kanban boards to ensure limited Work in Progress (WIP) and optimized workflow to deliver customer value iteratively. Help teams to break up tasks into smaller units of work to organize into two-week Sprints, facilitating weekly Sprint planning sessions and touchpoints to align work planned with work completed. Generate project status reports and obtain data through weekly client meetings as well as JIRA dashboards or four-square reports. Advise technical teams in identifying opportunities for process improvement.✔ Collaborated with Program and Technical Project Manager to address client expectations and resource planning.✔ Scheduled all transition sessions for the new contract which resulted in operational readiness on day one with no business disruption and advised management on which staff members to retain, efforts which led to retainment of 90% of incumbent staff who onboarded with the new company.✔ Worked with varied teams to develop a comprehensive Project Plan which moved the CARS database to a virtual server and drastically reduced the time required to run nightly jobs.✔ Developed an inclusive WIP Board for the entire operations team to allow visibility among team leaders.✔ Led Sprint Retrospectives to gain insights and determine how to increase team velocity in the next Sprint.✔ Designed a new work intake process for the MIDAS Basis Team.✔ Selected as a key resource in helping TISTA gather data and provide evidence for the CMMI audit.
