TMGroup is a property conveyance company, responsible for property searches. I was very happy within my role at TMGroup, but due to personal circumstances I had to resign. I gained essential knowledge and key skills from my time at TMGroup and now have a key understanding with regards to the legal process of properties, as well as strong customer focused experience and personal maturity.

This was my first full-time job since leaving college and I joined Oak Furniture Land to Broaden my career paths and give myself an opportunity to gain additional work skills. I experienced what it is like to work in a fast-paced office environment and always remain focused. I learnt how to resolve customers complaints over the phone in a professional manner with clear communication and a strong work ethic.

Initially this was a 6 month company trial for Carpeo and after only a short period on ArrowXL, I was requested as top employees to be part of a new deal with Thames Water for a new team.

At Arrow XL, I was responsible for resolving logistics complaints and other queries regarding deliveries. My key responsibility was to be punctual over the phone and engage with customers and clients. This position enabled me to gain excellent administration skills, at user-level on Microsoft Excel and other content management tools.
