Through my performances, vocaI & breathing sessions and workshops & trainings, I help people towards a more authentic connection with themselves and each other. In corporate training and coaching sessions with both groups and individuals, I focus on social and personal dynamics; like contact & communication, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and personal leadership. I use the voice, breath and somatic awareness as a 'vehicle'. My trainings are characterized by the offering of clear theory on the topic, as well as the practice and (somatic) experience of the matter. Thus ensuring a more embodied wisdom and knowledge. In my singing school "Canto!" in Haarlem as a Vocal & Breath Coach and Voice liberator, my goals are the same: through the use of YOUR voice in the best way YOU can, I can let you experience the feeling of letting go, relaxing and feeling more confident about yourself and ultimately more free. In the South American Folklore music, my heart opens up freely and the passion I feel in my soul can be heard in these melancholical and lively melodies.
