As the Executive Director of the Management & Organizational Behavior Teaching Society (MOBTS.org) and International Association for Conflict Management (iafcm.org), I oversee and coordinate the operations and activities of mulitiple international academic organizations that aim to improve the quality and importance of teaching and learning across the management disciplines, and foster an exchange of information and ideas about social conflict from all disciplines and across all levels of society. I have been leading MOBTS since 2010 and IACM since 2017, managing aspects of their board of directors, regional and international conferences, global membership, website, content, journal strategies, contract negotiations, and finances.I am also a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) candidate at Jacksonville University, with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. I hold an MBA and a BS in Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University.
