As the CEO of Charter Australia, I am committed to providing high-quality training programs that empower individuals to make a positive impact in their communities.Under my leadership, Charter Australia has built a strong reputation around its Training-to-Employment Strategy, which effectively guarantees post-training employment to all successful students. This strategy has been built on a base of strong and ongoing relationships with a network of healthcare providers.We are committed to continuing to innovate and to improve our programs to meet the evolving needs of our students and the communities that they serve, particularly CALD communities.The work that Charter Australia does has already made a significant contribution to addressing workforce shortages, promoting cultural diversity and social cohesion in the workforce and improving the quality of care to Australians.In this role I lead a team of professionals developing and delivering a tightly-focused range of training courses for healthcare, community services and English language. We ensure that our programs are designed to be accessible to individuals of all backgrounds especially migrants and those from CALD communities who want to upskill to gain meaningful employment in Australia.I have built strong strategic partnerships with industry organisations and community groups expanding Charter's reach and impact.After creating a financially stable platform, I have:- built a qualified, experienced and competent training staff,- implemented effective marketing and student acquisition. and- developed appropriate course administration and student support.This enables Charter to produce the highest quality training in health and community care.
