Provide comprehensive financial analysis and expertise to, SAMHSA, Central Budget Office, and other stakeholders on areas including, budget, cash management, cost allocation, labor activity, grants management, fiscal audit controls, internal control, , payment reconciliation, compliance with state and federal regulations; sub-recipient monitoring, and state & federal reporting for the Opioid STR grant. This includes developing responses to requests for information from internal/external stakeholders regarding financial management activities.• Perform functions of financial administration and reporting to include, but not limited to: preparation and timely submission of grant applications and reports, development and adjustment of associated budgets, coordination of budgeted funds, screening and processing requests for expenditures and ensuring the timely reimbursement from the Grantor• Monitor and Review Contractor expenditure reports and ensure grant compliance. Comply with grant reporting requirements such as FFATA, by coordinating the collection of data with the relevant contractors and ensuring that contracts have appropriate grant policies. Maintain and enter grant information in the E-civis system.• Grant expenditure and revenue reconciliation through the use of AFIS, spreadsheets, and other systems as needed. Participate in grant close out and ensure financial records are sound
