My Internship in Tech Mahindra really gives me a vast experience, as I work there as an intern in recruitment cell, I learned how to observe or find the skills of an individual and to hier the best employee for organization basically I learned best hiring methods in Tech mahindra, When I was pursuing my graduation I was a part of NCC (Naval Wing), I earned a rank there i.e Petty officer rank, which gave me a lot of responsibility as well, I learned from there how to lead a team and work in a aquire manner effectively and effeciently....... Now working with landmark Immigration as an BDE also giving me a new experienceHope for more good learning skills as well......
