Negotiate spot/time charters to achieve maximum income for the owners.• Maintain records or tonnage within the company’s database• My Job is to involve in many stages of setting up and negotiating deals, including presenting the business to potential clients, negotiating the main terms of a contract or sale and seeing it through to its conclusion and any follow up that may be involved. • Reporting to Managing Director, my primary role is locating and estimating the best employment for any Particular vessel.• Communicating with international Vessel Operators / Ship Owners / Charterers / Co-Brokers. This includes overcoming cultural/language barriers among customers and peers in a very diverse environment

• Maintenance of the day to day record of export/import cargoes available in market.• Maintaining the contact with clients on day to day basis and informing them about vessel schedule.• Visiting customers whenever required and convincing them to book the cargo.• Preparing agreement between the line owners and client for their import/export of breakbulk cargoes.
