- Product Testing and Experimentation:- Lead the design, planning, and execution of product experiments and tests to evaluate product features, user experiences, and new functionalities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test objectives, metrics, and success criteria.Ensure rigorous A/B testing methodology and statistical significance in experimentation.- Process Redesign and Improvement:- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and redesign.- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Utilize data insights inform and evaluate process changes.- Data Analysis and Reporting:- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to analyze experiment results and draw actionable insights.- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that convey experiment findings and their impact on product performance & user behavior.- Communicate results to stakeholders & provide recommendations for future product iterations.- Revenue Optimization:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue streams by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and pricing adjustments.- Continuously monitor key performance indicators related to revenue and work towards achieving revenue growth goals.- Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Foster strong partnerships with product managers, data scientists, and other teams to ensure alignment on product testing and optimization initiatives.- Act as a liaison between different departments to coordinate efforts & share insights for improving the product.- Acting liaison between clients & internal teams to resolve challenges faced at client end or internally.- Data-Driven Decision-Making:- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in product testing and revenue optimization.- Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making, improve product features, and maximize revenue potential.

• Diagram process requirements for automation configuration to impact end-to-end meetings management lifecycle & workflows. • Gathering, evaluating, and organising client deliverables to prepare information for future configuration• Leading external/internal implementation communication channels • Liaising to produce and deliver reports based on client criteria • Developing training materials and implementation documentation • Coordinate and produce materials for new user training activities • Lead global/regional client data migration initiatives • Provide consultation on technology protocols/best practices relevant to enterprise meeting management technologies as per current & future industry standards. • Cultivate and maintain excellent peer or advisory relationship with key client contacts in positions that can significantly impact adoption • Report on project status, implementation hours, and escalate any barriers to project success • Interface with Product Development team to define and convey requests for new system features • Interface with Client Services and other relevant departments responsible for client support to achieveclient and/or department objective
