Job responsibilities include:• Mentoring junior and new resources in the team.• Proactively work towards agile best practices implementation.• Maintaining good communication and co-ordination with team members, business partners and other stake holders as appropriate.• Guiding and planning for new members on the project. Share project information with team and TL on a need basis.• Contributing to all team efforts. Support and participate in collecting data related to organization metrics & adherence to QMS.• Working with the supervisor to bridge the gaps identified in audits.

• Testing extensively on client-server model. Tests include installing and setting up the server with database and deploying the application on app servers like WebSphere, connections from window XP clients to Servers on different O.S. like Aix5.3, HP11, Solaris 5.10, Windows 2003 server and Red Hat Linux, checking in and checking out the data.• Exhaustive testing, Functional, non-functional testing of various new functionalities and highlights.• Testing the interoperability feature between ENOVIA V5 and CATIA V5.• Create and manage Oracle 10g, DB 9.5 Databases.• Finding Incidents, Defect reporting in the internal test management tool and follow up.• Acceptance testing, Regression testing in GA Release and the subsequent service packs and hotfixes.
