Roles and Responsibilities:Performed Daily Data loading process at nightly cycles.Group of related batch jobs (schedule/stream) runs to accomplish one or more business functions.Performing Application and Server Health ChecksResolve break/interruption/abend/abort jobsBack-end support of critical applications of the client company.Debugging issues reported by users using Oracle and Teradata database queries and by analysing the application logs Proficient with Monitoring, Analysis and troubleshooting.Understanding of operational processes, Incident Management, Service Request.Interacted with the business users and recommend solutions.Perform monthly (DATA REFRESH, LIG) and yearly (BLUEPRINT) activities to keep the data updated in systems.Automated a manual task using UNIX Scripting which took 4-5 hours every month, reduce the manual effort to 1 hour.Automated a Script using UNIX scripting to check the backlog files present in the main path (data directory) of our server.Interacting with the clients on a regular basis to discuss day-to-day issues and mattersInvolved in communicating the issues to the incident teams so that the information is provided to the vendors and customers.Identifying risks proactively and proposing solutions to resolve them.Communicating with Upstream and Downstream systems regarding on-going issues and resolving theissue on a timely basis without any SLA breaches.Respond to and resolve issues on priority basis within proper SLA.Join troubleshooting and escalation calls with L1 team as required to isolate, resolve and provide assurance to customersSupporting Operations with WebLogicTools and Technology used during support: UNIX, Oracle SQL Developer, Teradata S, BMC Remedy, TWS, Control-M, PUTTY, WebLogic Administration.
