With a keen interest towards public health and a passion for social entrepreneurship, I have worked on health and hygiene aspects of women, adolescent girls in rural Rajasthan through the medium of school as a Youth for India Fellow after practising as a dentist for a year and half. While working with the district administration in Hazaribag where I was appointed as an Aspirational District Fellow by Ministry of Home Affairs, I learnt the importance and art of streamlining the processes as well as strengthening of existing system while establishing smooth communication amongst the departments.Then I was appointed by International Union against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease as State Technical Advisor for Prevention of Tuberculosis Programme in Jharkhand where I was managing 13 districts of the state supervising 60 field staffs. Currently, I am working with Smile Train as a Program Officer and overseeing the government partnerships and E&T initiatives of the organisation in India. I am also pursuing my MBA in Healthcare Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.I seek opportunities which have learnings and challenges that help me hone my leadership skills.
