My StoryFor years I struggled with digestive issues, hyperactive bowel, and heartburn. I had food sensitivities resulting in gas, bloating, and diarrhea. I always needed to know where the bathroom was located. It impacted my social life, and sometimes I couldn’t go out with friends or sing in choir concerts. That’s no way to live!My doctors could not find the cause of my GI problems. All the tests were negative. I reacted to the GERD meds they prescribed. I tried all the home remedies for heartburn—some sort of worked. Most didn’t. Then a friend introduced me to a nutraceutical, a natural product. And, after being on the product for several months, I realized I no longer had to worry about where bathrooms were located. My GI tract started to normalize. To my surprise, my acid reflux also went away.I realized I was also getting younger from the inside out! I was more active with less pain and stiffness. I could do more without being tired at the end of the day. My memory improved. No more senior moments. I felt younger. My gut health continued to improve. As a nutritionist, I’ve done a lot of research to discover what caused my digestive issues and how to prevent them from recurring. I enjoy eating the freshly picked vegetables from my garden, the gardening, not so much! I love flowers, photography, singing in the choir, and classical music. My PassionMy passion is to fund ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) research to find what causes ALS. Without knowing the cause, a cure is unlikely. I recently lost my brother to ALS and several friends. That is why I do what I do. I look forward to meeting each of you to discover why you do what you do and help you accomplish your goals and dreams. Currently, I am looking for a principal research investigator to head up a multi-year clinical research trial for ALS utilizing products that reversed the ALS symptoms for one patient.
