As the Senior Living Advisor Lead, I managed the Support Office call center daily operations of Revera Senior Living Advisor (SLA) Team in a remote work environment for call, chat and email communications. Paramed Home Health provides in home health care services through CCAC and private contracts. I receive referrals from government and private sources and connect them with our professional health care field staff for community services. I specialize in rehab working with OT, PT, SW and SLP. I have experience with nursing and psw coordination as well. Daily duties for coordination consists of client information data entry, matching the correct staff with the needs of the clients and scheduling. I receive calls from staff and clients and assist with any issues using my multitasking and customer service skills. I also assist with payroll and billing. In my many years of coordination I have had multiple opportunities to assist and lead major projects. For example I was a part of the RFP writing team in Kitchener for a PSW CCAC contract. I was flown out to assist with branch ramp up teams in Thunder Bay and Calgary implementing new contracts. I have represented my branch in multiple CCAC site audits for PSW and Rehab departments.I set up, lead, scheduled and flawlessly executed after hours calls out of GTA branch for Edmonton during a 6 month transition for that branch with zero impact to the regular GTA operations.I use my multitasking and problem solving skills and vast community health care knowledge everyday to keep up and control the fast paced environment of a health care call center.I train and mentor new coordinators as they come into this unique and stressful environment giving them support and education.
