President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board, Director. Mr. Radovich is one of the original two Founders of ACT. Chaslav Radovich immigrated to Chicago, Illinois with his Family in 1968. The Radovich family moved to California in 1974 and Chas went on to The University of San Diego on a national merit scholarship with a dual major in Biology and Chemistry. While at the university, Chas became involved in the computer and electronics industry. He founded BEST Electronics in 1985.At the birth of the Computer Semi-conductor Industry, he became a franchise dealer for Intel, Micron, Samsung, and many other semi-conductor manufacturers. Chas went on to become one of the Founders of CREDITEL which was one of the first cellular-phone credit card processing tech firms (early FIN-TECH) in 1992. Chas was also one of the Founders of Los Alamos Energy. It was a Co-Gen Operation producing electricity from the gas flaring from oil wells. Upon completion of the two Co-Gen facilities, it was considered “The cleanest Co-Gen Operation in Santa Barbara County”. The Electricity produced by these Facilities was sold to Pacific Gas and Electric. Chas has developed mastery of spotting disruptive technology breakthroughs early in their development, formulating and executing effective business plans, and taking such businesses public. Some examples include: Pacific Snacks (SNAX), AIMSMART (AIMS) Healthstar (PPOS) and Cobalis (CLSC). At Cobalis, Chas headed up phase 3 trials with over 2,300 patients in over 31 clinics throughout the United States.Chas has been driven by an entrepreneurial spirit through his extensive career and has always found time to provide community support for humanitarian efforts in the areas of opioid crisis solutions, network development, multiple sclerosis research, and other causes through his church and community.
