I am a protein engineer with nearly 20 years of professional experience applying rational and semi-rational design approaches to a variety of protein systems. I have also managed teams with information scientists and machine learning experts, am published in the space, and have directed software development for analysis of glycosylation sites and codon optimization. I have experience in product development as co-inventor of INO-3107, the 1st DNA medicine for RRP patients in the United States on track for BLA submission this year, and INOVIO's first approved product. In addition, I am a strong believer in supporting the next generation of scientists and whenever possible participate as a guest lecturer, project leader, or instructor for scientific topics at all educational levels.
