I am an analyst at Medical Properties Trust, Inc., a leading healthcare real estate investment trust with over $20 billion in assets. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Economics from The University of Alabama, where I developed a passion for value investing and real estate analysis.In my current role, I support the asset management and underwriting team in conducting due diligence, market research, and underwriting for potential deals, as well as preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
