Provided intelligence and protection as combat multipliers for both offensive and defensive combat training exercises.● Selected for highly competitive, elite U.S. Army Sniper School and Israeli Sniper School Joint Forces Training Program.● Significantly contributed to the success of every combat training exercise, from offensive to defensive operations, with multi-national military forces including Hungarians, Bulgarians, Georgians, Israelis, and other American soldiers. ● Created innovative, motivating ways to rigorously physically and mentally prepare while still delivering meaningful and beneficial training. Assigned specialized roles of Presidential Inauguration Security, Convoy Commander, Physical Fitness Trainer and Army ROTC Staff Officer.● Selected as the sole officer from my unit for presidential security at the 2013 Presidential Inauguration, predicted to be one of the most dangerous in history. Accountable for a 24-person joint Army/Washington D.C. Police security team responsible for protecting the president. Responsible for an entry control point to conduct search and seizures. Processed hundreds of individuals and vehicles with 0 incidents.● Delegated responsibility from my commander to plan, execute and conduct recovery for all of the company’s vehicle movements, sometimes for as many as 30 vehicles. All movements met upper echelon operation requirements and came in under given time restraints. In addition, unprecedented movements met no injuries or accidents in my time of command.● Led numerous high-risk weapon range trainings for MK 19 (grenade launcher), M204B (Machine gun), M2 Browning (.50 Caliber machine gun) and a M4 (assault rifle) with 0 incidents or injuries. ● Developed a 6-month remedial physical training plan for 20 underperforming soldiers in our company. This resulted in a 95% pass rate, versus previously failing scores. Meanwhile, the overall score of the entire group increased by 23 %.● Assigned to Bucknell Army ROTC program as an Army ROTC Staff Officer/Instructor. Accountable for the supervision and training of approximately 60 student cadets at Bloomsburg University. Conducted professional and physical training on land navigation, marching, marksmanship, military bearing and procedures.
