- Provide service for more than 800 members of the country club.- Greet and welcome members as they arrive to the course.- Consolidate practice areas making sure they are clean and presentable. - Tend to needs of members hastily and efficiently.- Responsible for keeping track of equipment and materials used by the property, and members.- Caddy for any members when necessary.

- Create and release purchase orders and purchase order changes for domestic vendors. Maintain constant contact with domestic vendors to ensure purchase orders are received and that deliveries will ship on time. - Review, analyze, and validate the released orders for production items to determine the delivery requirements. Assess the validity of forecasted purchases. De-expedite orders when customer demand decreases. - Work with suppliers to improve lead time, material handling requirements, and transportation methods. Expedite materials to maintain necessary quantities and meet ship dates. - Establish and maintain partnerships with suppliers as a key component to management of supplier compliance with purchase order due dates and fill rates. - Review and assign action items for slow moving or obsolete inventory working with team members as required.

- Conduct daily tournament tasks such as course set-up, rules officiating, awards, parent/player relations.- Create daily tournament reports which is obtained from BlueGolf, which includes registration, score posting, sending results to players and media contacts.- Maintain tournament operations equipment- Effectively communicate with host professionals, food and beverage staff, superintendents, maintenance crew, sponsors, as well as junior players and their parents.
