I contributed to the development and maintenance of an internal government website built on an Angular framework with a C# backend. Working in an Agile environment with 2-week sprints, I completed tasks and resolved issues using Jira, while collaborating closely with a government agency to implement their requests and ensure the platform met their specific requirements.

Beginning in the RMA department, I decontaminated and refurbished medical equipment manufactured by the company that had been returned for various reasons. I then transferred to the IT department where I helped maintain warehouse workstations and helped manage the company SQL database.

PC diagnostics, data recovery/backup, hardware upgrades, new PC builds, malware removal, onsite installs, customer service in store and over phone.

Assisted lab Electrical Engineer and CTO in project development. Prototyping and soldering, testing product at work benches (DMM, oscilloscopes, function generator), writing documentation, reviewing source code, managing and training other assistants, training partner companies on constructing and testing completed product.
