Assist with various accounting duties, code AP/AR to the general ledger, special accounting projects as assigned by Controller. Responsible for tracking employee paperwork and facilitating new hire documents. Also tasked with maintaining safety documentation (OSHA compliance). Tasked with assisting with the implementation of transitioning from manual time cards to digital time clocks (ADP). Assist HR manager with various duties.

Assessed financial viability of local non-profits, host focus groups to collect information and data from local non-profit directors, analyze and evaluate trends in the non-profit sector.

Assist with processing accounts payable/accounts receivable. Help with processing payroll, process vehicle mileages logs, and various miscellaneous office duties.

I helped with all aspects of Marketing, and explored different ways to make the hotel a more well known spot and worked to increase customer base.

I performed all aspects of Management. Facilitated a morning meeting with each employee. I would help open the store and get the tills ready for each day. In charge of counting the cash in the safe and helping balance the books for the day. I would delegate tasks to the employees. Sit in on hiring interviews with the Manager of the store.

I was the face of the Inn. I would check guests in and assist them to their room. I was also available to help the guests with anything that they needed. I would make reservations for the Inn over the phone and input reservations that would come in through online channels such as Expedia. I would also respond to email inquiries for the property.

I would help the Budget Analyst input Excel Spreadsheets. I would make copies of documents, and file various documents. I helped work on the Business School's website as well as the Psychology department. I also helped keep the office organized.
