Obviously, the natural next step was to move on to Craft Beer Business. Naturally.What began as a fun part-time job that helped pay the bills, has turned into my bread and butter...or my hops and barley if you will. Today I am responsible for helping Lost Worlds Brewing Company establish a reputation as a premiere option for craft beer aficionados and those who truly seek to escape the daily grind over a pint. Day-in and day-out, my goal is to help guide our staff to ensuring an unforgettable experience for every guest that walks through the door. When not pouring a beverage, I connect with businesses that peddle our award winning brews and reach out to those that have yet to do so. I procure and nurture essential relationships with vendors that help feed our guests, as a beer is only as good as the meal that allows you to have more than one.My goal is to continue to grow and learn in this ever-changing field. While leaning on a strong craft beverage community and the hard work the Lost Worlds' brewers put in on a daily basis, the key to my success is the people I surround myself with.Beer brings people together, even during the toughest of times.
