In my transactional capacity, I've spent most of my time representing businesses through their complex incorporation processes, M&A transactions, and drafting key contracts. In my litigation capacity, I've developed the early phases of a Qui Tam action where, through joint efforts of my colleagues and myself, we've successfully pitched our client's case to a reputable and nationally recognized firm specializing in this specific field, successfully represented clients in navigating complex partnership disputes, and represented both sides of Private Equity/LP transactions.I provide passionate representation to my clients whilst tailoring a unique approach to each of their respective matters. Every client is going to have unique circumstances that warrant an approach that is client-centric in design and focused on achieving the best result for that specific client. I firmly believe that working as a team and being responsive to clients will present the best opportunity for a positive resolution.
