Conducted over 30 hours of military training with junior and senior personnel increasing the number of qualified individuals by 12. This had a positive impact on the company’s output by 80%.

Supervised the maintenance and operation of four 34 foot patrol boats and three 25 foot patrol boats valuing at $2.8 million. Reviewed and maintained all diesel log reports and pre-operation checklists for all training and deployment activities. Managed a team of 16 personnel and supervised the employment of over 80 pieces of critical equipment on multiple training and real-world operations. Insured the safety of over 50 junior and senior personnel during multiple tasks.
