Over the past summer, Chase had the opportunity to intern at Cushman & Wakefield for their facilities management team in Los Angeles. This experience allowed him to delve into the dynamic world of facility operations and gain invaluable insights into the core responsibilities within this department. Chase's daily tasks encompassed a wide array of responsibilities vital to maintaining seamless facility operations. These included assisting in managing maintenance schedules, conducting comprehensive property inspections, and liaising with various vendors to ensure the highest standards of upkeep. Additionally, he contributed to the implementation of streamlined processes, playing a role in optimizing facility performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Throughout the internship, Chase honed my proficiency in utilizing industry-specific software and tools, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge facilities management systems. He also developed a keen understanding of data analysis techniques tailored to facility management, which significantly bolstered my analytical capabilities.
