I drive the ecommerce program for ErosWholesale.com, an importer and wholesale distributor of apparel accessories and other general merchandise, and online marketplace for over 50 third-party wholesale distributors throughout the US. During my tenure I've maintained continued market leadership in an ever evolving landscape. Tentpole deliverables include:* Architecting UI/UX advancements through several whole stack evolutions (legacy to Magento 1 to Magento 2 + PWA)* Increasing our annual online revenue over 500%* Leveraging our platform to expand market coverage by onboarding 50+ third-party wholesale vendors who sell their goods through our web channel* Vetting and establishing new merchant processing relationship, integrating new credit card processing tech into existing business requirements, and automating fraud prevention measures, all at a substantial net savingsThroughout the course of our Magento platform evolution I have maintained an emphasis on pursuing new standards and technologies as they evolve. I believe in the concept of outdoing yourself before someones eles does, and that takes a commitment to continuing education and awareness. I work closely with my development team, as well as a breadth of SAAS providers to accommodate our growing needs.I manage an internal team who are responsible for email and social marketing, and QA testing, as well as working with our sales and customer service departments to ensure a consistent experience.

I lauched a side project throughout 2021 selling promotional awareness wristbands and pins for people who had received their Covid vaccinations. I built the ecommerce store on the Shopify platform, established sourcing channels overseas, and optimized digital marketing campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Mailchimp. I closed the project at the end of 2021, with total profitability of 140%. A portion of proceeds were donated to a nonprofit organization supporting small business owners impacted by the pandemic economy.

In my personal time, I managed the renovation of two residential properties, one which I resold, and one which I currently own and rent. I decided to take a hiatus on further projects for the time being, as the time required to properly oversee the contract work and source new properties was more than originally foreseen.

I managed the subscriber upload system for an email marketing system with 100,000+ users. I oversaw and refined procedures that generated increased system use and revenue. I acted as the initial point of contact for many new users who had pre-established marketing campaigns and helped them transition to our system after working with them to determine the safest, most efficient strategy based on their specific circumstances.
