Dealer Success Manager
Current- Manages and grows relationships with all stakeholders within key Automotive Dealership accounts
- Successfully launches and onboards new client campaigns, and effectively communicates goals & key metrics for success while establishing the relationship post-sale
- Meets with dealership Owners/GMs, Marketing Directors and/or GSMs to strengthen relationships and engagement
- Utilizes data and real time market information to make recommendations to clients regarding inventory levels, sales processes, marketing efforts and areas of opportunity
- Crafts and builds stories surrounding the results of existing campaigns, and delivers and translates that information to key stakeholders of the business
- Uses tools such as the ZeroSum Platform, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Market Share data and dealership CRM data to understand how campaigns are performing and make suggestions both internally and externally to.
