There, I am learning critical thinking and analytical skills and developing abilities in financial modeling and managerial economics analysis. I analyze case studies on a daily basis, applying economic principles to make management decisions in business simulations, and using Porter's Five Forces as a basis for understanding profitability with industries. In this process, I have gained proficiency in SQL, Excel Solver and VBA programming, Python Web scraping, R, and Tableau. I worked as F&I Manager at Labrum Auto Group for over a year. In my responsibilities there, I have increased warranty sales by 15% and helped to develop a quality control system for vehicle trade-in payoffs that decreased incorrect payoffs by 30%. I have a drive for improvement and constantly examine other ways to maximize profits and efficiency.I have worked a cumulative 10 years part-time in the golf and hospitality industry. During this time, I led groups of 20 people in the set-up, maintenance, and clean-up of over 100 tournaments. This requires an eye for detail to present a professional and fun environment for the 150+ golfers involved, as well as manage the logistics of outfitting, feeding, and accommodating them for eight hours at a time.I grew up on the golf course with a golf professional father and am passionate about the sport. I love playing, practicing, and teaching. Much of my adolescence was spent analyzing the golf swing and attempting to improve my mental game. Golf taught me the principles of consistency, patience, and grit. I love teaching junior golfers these same skills and watching them progress in the game.
