This is a full time, salaried position with benefits. Interested individuals should have 3-4 years experience in a sports or arena food and beverage operation.The Food and Beverage Director is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and operation of all food and beverage outlets within the stadium. The schedule includes all baseball games and on site/off site catering events. The primary focus includes a commitment to quality, ensuring the highest level of customer service, hiring, training, retaining and supervising great employees, responsible for food and labor costs, ensuring premium sanitation in a safe and secure work environment, maximizing efficiency through time management and creating/sustaining a fun environment for our employees and customers.
