I was born and raised in Southern California. At a young age, I was taught the importance of self-sufficiency, so I got my first job at the age of 15 while still being a sophomore in high school. During my high school career, I was very engaged in school activities. I was on the Lacrosse team all four years of high school, where I earned a spot as a captain my senior year. Being in that position taught me how to lead, and inspire my fellow teammates. Team sports have always been a part of my life growing up, whether it was in basketball, football, lacrosse, or even baseball. They have taught me a lot, especially the significance of teamwork and communication. After graduating high school I began my college education. I earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Human Resources. During my college career, I returned to my alma mater to coach Lacrosse. Coaching has taught me valuable skills, such as teaching, leading, communicating, demonstrating, and organizing. During my time coaching and attending college, I also had another job at a restaurant where I started as a busboy and host. Within a year I got promoted to a server and became one of the top servers within the business. Due to my hard work and attention to detail, I then earned another promotion and became a bartender. Working in a restaurant taught me more than just taking down a customer's order. It taught me how to multitask, communicate with customers and anticipate their needs, along with plenty of other skills. After earning my degree, I got offered a manager position for a food service company, where I learned how to schedule, lead, train, and direct employees to adjust to the business needs. All of this has led me to become a detail-oriented recent college graduate with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration: Management and Human Resources Concentration. I aim to leverage my academic expertise and proven knowledge of buyer awareness and customer loyalty to successfully fill a Management role. Frequently praised as hard-working by peers, I can be relied upon to help your company achieve its goals.
