Expert in Sales training creation and facilitation. I have worked in every type of sales position from door to door to inbound call centers for a total of about 8 years of total sales experience. I have won many awards and incentives for performance and was consistently among the top performers of any given team. Over the last several years I have also fallen in love with the training and sales development side of the industry. My biggest passion as a trainer is connecting with other people and being able to give them knowledge that will help them grow and succeed in whatever their goals may be. Everything I do is to help people realize that if you are willing to work hard enough and you are willing to learn, ultimately any goal is achievable. My second biggest passion is finding better and more effective ways of doing things in training to simplify the entry for new employees joining the business while at the same time helping them acclimate to the role faster and cutting down speed to production and performance.
