Responsible for implementing, managing, and continuously improving sales and demand planning, insights and analytics, global capacity planning, business processes and tools to support a fast growing outsourced merchandise category partnership with one of the world’s largest coffeehouse chains. Manage a team of integrated sales, demand, and supply chain planners that conduct Point of Sale (POS) analytics to inform merchandise assortment plans and create sales, demand, and supply plans that consistently over deliver company and client financial and service level objectives.

Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and scaling RAD’s overall D2C supply chain systems & processes in order to maximize efficiency, speed to market, and agility. Ensuring all facets of the RAD supply chain are aligned to support and execute our corporate goals and product strategies, while maintaining inventory levels that satisfy & delight our customers.

Responsible for designing and implementing the end-to-end quality management strategy and tools for Brooks. Driving a “culture of quality” across the organization and establishing a best-in-class quality management system. My role oversees the orchestration of any quality improvement or response that is required globally to ensure the high quality standards of Brooks shoes are met for our customers. Additionally responsible for the ongoing management of the Supply Chain Visibility road map. Serving as a partner across the supply chain to identify and execute on opportunities to leverage external and internal data to enable transparency, fact based decision making, and ultimately improve overall supply chain agility and speed.

Overall responsibility for driving excellence in the areas of Supply Chain Visibility (SCV) and Quality across the Brooks Running supply chain (SC) network by redefining how internal and external data are leveraged, providing intuitive visual dashboards for managing SC performance, and working collaboratively with all SC stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities to drive trust, quality, agility, speed, innovation, and operational excellence. This role was the culmination of 13 years of experience in the Brooks supply chain and 19 years total in the footwear industry.
