Drove the technical strategy for the Hatch platform during the entire pre-sale and implementation process, with objectives focused on providing project design guidance, detailing platform functionality, consulting on app development, and assisting with client application setup. Leveraged my previous experience in development and finance to act as the technical liaison between Hatch Engineering and Sales. Also helped establish and maintain the Hatch platform support channels with primary goals to assist clients and track all platform incidents.

At Colburn Hill, I assisted in all aspects of application management, with responsibilities including new feature development, integration of client-facing analytics (Microsoft Power BI), application testing/deployment, customer support, and devop upkeep (AWS). I also worked with our data management team to update application data storage, monitor daily transmissions, maintain custom ETL scripts, and standardize existing database client schemas.I worked closely with a small, independent dev team to created client-specific enhancements to the application (utilizing an agile, TDD strategy) that emphasized smooth, user-friendly, and workflow centric UX experiences. Main team goals oriented around full-stack maintainability, iterating on user testing feedback, optimizing backend functionality, and monitoring application deployment.

Dev Bootcamp is a rigorous 19-week, 1000+ hour program to teach web development, focused on utilized object-oriented languages. Through intense coding challenges, exercises, and projects I built a fluency in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS alongside other web development applications. This learning style focused strongly on solving algorithmic problems found in web development. I worked with a cohort of like individuals in hands-on group projects and tasks, where I learned the value of version control (Git/Github/Gitlab), agile practices, team communication, TDD best practices, and iterative software development. Dev Bootcamp also stressed the importance of “soft” skills that are integral for being a great developer – respect, empathy, compassion, management, and acknowledgment of different experiences and viewpoints.

Collaborated with and supported seven Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) within PNC’s Large Corporate Treasury Management team, focused on fulfilling PNC Corporate Treasury Management mandated sales goals. I reported directly to TMO Daniel Schuette, who in 2015 was recognized as the 2nd largest Treasury revenue producer throughout PNC Bank, booking ~$2.3MM in revenue against a $1.3MM sales goal.I helped provide PNC-branded Treasury Management solutions to a diverse portfolio of ~100 large corporate to middle-market sized clients, aimed at optimizing client account payables, receivables, and working capital needs. Working alongside team members and TMOs we consulted with clients on what treasury solutions would be the best fit for their needs. We utilized multiple PNC branded tools to complete these duties and built customized presentations to clearly showcase market, industry, and competitor data to clients that highlighted possible inefficiencies within their invoicing, payables, and receivables processes.I also assisted with all aspects of the sales process and client relationship, with duties including; completion of RFP’s for potential clients, creation of pricing proposals for prospects and clients, directly assisting Product Managers during client implementations, preparation for initial prospecting and existing client relationship meetings, and providing any and all needs to our clients.

Worked closely with Managing Directors to help fulfill the daily operational needs of the firm. Duties ranged from updating key firm metrics, interacting with fund managers, custodian banks, and clients to help meet their requirements and needs, and preparing RFP’s for potential client funds. I also performed daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reconciliation for all accounts under firm management, utilizing our Advent Axys Accounting Software and multiple custodial bank accounting databases used by our clients.

Interned with the Ver Bockel/Raihle Group. Work focused on conducting daily research associated with client portfolio holdings. Information was gathered on US and European markets, stocks, mutual funds, and municipals that pertained to 50+ client portfolios. Preparing these details for clients and managers occurred on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
