My primary responsibilities include using the Django framework to write, test, and deploy software which boosts productivity across all teams at VSSTA as well as tools which help body shops in the vehicle repair process. Various tools I build, test, and maintain include subscription-based management systems using Stripe, integration with CRMs like Hubspot to allow our sales team to conveniently manage new and existing leads, knowledge libraries and courses so that both team members and clients can get up to speed with repairing and calibrating various vehicles, and dashboards which display company-wide progress for all VSSTA teams. I also maintain dockerfiles for both local development and production environments.

My primary responsibilities included implementing Python code and Splunk queries to manage and keep track of HTTP requests to our systems. My Python code interacted with iboss and McAfee in order to maintain and update the block and allow list. I used Splunk queries to generate alerts if suspicious user activitiy was detected (brute force, DDOS, XSS, SQL injections).

My main responsibilities include helping the instructor with technological needs as well as answering questions pertaining to concepts taught in Multivariate Calculus. I am also responsible for setting up with students who are struggling so that I can help them understand class content.

I work as a one-on-one math tutor for Brigham Young University-Idaho students who struggle with math concepts ranging from algebra to calculus. I also work in BYU-I's math tutoring lab, assisting students with the same courses as well as Linear Algebra.

Using fluent Mandarin, I helped many students gain a passion for learning Mandarin Chinese. I corrected tones, grammar, pronunciation, and Chinese-character stroke order while, at the same time, helped students maintain a positive attitude towards learning Chinese
