Lead the identification of continuous improvement opportunities & the development, implementation, and sustainment of lean methodologies across all manufacturing processes to improve quality and reduce waste.Work with cross-functional teams to identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities; conduct training sessions and Kaizen workshops on project-specific topics and general lean manufacturing principles and tools (5S, value stream mapping, engineered labor standards, etc.) to drive cultural change throughout the organization. Perform recurring and ad-hoc analyses of business/manufacturing data that drive daily operational decision-making and the further identification of continuous improvement opportunities; develop data warehouses, dashboards, and other automated visual management/business intelligence tools.

Work with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, including engineering (NPD, design, sustaining, manufacturing, process), manufacturing, program management, finance, and other areas to understand underlying processes and accompanying data to develop new/optimize existing reports that maximize clarity, usability, and actionability to enhance decision-making, especially in relation to cost reduction initiatives.Maintain engineering program and departmental budgets/cost tracking mechanisms, assign/verify assignment of project costs, and use that data to provide meaningful information for program-related decision-making. Support the development of the M700 Fury and other projects.Provide training to engineers on cost analysis tools and act as a point of contact for cost-related inquiries.
