As a Cabin Care Member, my primary responsibility is to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay in our cabins. This includes cleaning and preparing the cabins for new guests and addressing any needs or concerns they may have during their stay. I also interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations for local activities and restaurants as needed.I am detail-oriented, and self-motivated, and enjoy working in a customer-facing role. I take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

As a houseperson, I am responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas at a hotel or resort. This includes tasks such as making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies. I also assist housekeepers with their tasks and handle the laundry for the establishment, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels. In addition to these duties, I respond to guest requests and ensure that the hotel or resort presents a clean and welcoming environment for guests. To excel in this role, it is important to have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads are also important qualities.
