As the Chief of Staff, Customer Success at Box, I lead strategic initiatives and operations that enhance the customer experience and drive retention and growth for our cloud content management platform. With over 10 years of experience in customer success, I leverage feedback and data to deliver insights that enable exceptional experiences across the entire customer journey.I am also a Board Advisor at FirstWork, a startup that uses digital reinforcement learning to improve child education and learning. I am passionate about applying behavioral science principles to design and optimize customer success programs and solutions. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Behavioral and Decision Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, after graduating from the Wharton School with an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
