• Oversee the daily functions of the Influencer Management Team • Gather, analyze, and report sales, revenue growth, and campaign performances • Negotiate, write, and execute creator and brand forward agreements and SOW’s • Create and maintain relationships with top tier influencers• Provide guidance for new Management Team hires • Process inbound and outbound accounts payable• Work closely with brands and agencies to execute influencer marketing campaigns

• Source, contact, and create long-lasting relationships with influencers and content creators• Negotiate, write, and execute creator and brand forward agreements and SOW’s • Work closely with brands and agencies to develop, define, and execute influencer marketing campaigns• Source, log, and relay potential campaigns to company leadership

• Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.• Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.• Collaborate with technical teams to define project requirements and specifications.• Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
