Product Support Manager
Current- Support sales and operations with customer onboarding, new account creation, and data reporting.- Assist with high-level internal planning to enhance our go-to-market strategy with pricing, marketing, and operations.- Measure and analyze key performance indicators, performance tracking, errors, volume, and revenue figures through usage of Salesforce and internal TMS.- Support customer lead generations.- Help with development of presentations for sales team to pitch to clients.- Develop reports of volume and revenue data with internal SQL tool.
