CurrentResponsible for driving sales volume of wireless products, services, and applications. Maintain/exceed sales quotas, survey/enhance customer experience. Supervise 3-9 employees, sales and inventory functions, training/coaching, organization of payroll, timesheets, and store scheduling. Customer retention/service. Responsible for recruiting/staffing including interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Highly effective in self motivation and in motivating others. P&L reporting.
