As a Financial Advisor I meet with clients to conduct a holistic review of their financial situation. We take into account their priorities and future goals along with their current and projected income potential. We then create a plan for them to progress towards those goals while protecting the things and people in their lives that matter most. My work can range from simple insurance cases to making complex recommendations for investments based on economic factors and market research.

As a financial Representative I am dedicated to providing individuals and families with excellent service and helping them achieve their financial goals and secure the future of both themselves and their loved ones. I offer wholistic financial planning and a variety of products to meet the needs of my clients.

It is my duty as a distribution specialist to receive incoming requests from clients wishing to either cash out or rollover their 401k funds to another location. I facilitate the transfer of assets and communicate with the record keeping agencies to insure timely and accurate reporting of transactions.

It was my responsibility to initiate Short-Term Disability Claims and FMLA Leaves for customers. I would ask relevant questions about their situations and then seek to verify information by obtaining appropriate documentation from employers and physicians. I would then file the claim and submit it to the management team for processing. This position familiarized me with FMLA regulations and taught me how to serve customers with compassion and care during stressful periods of their lives.

I assist customers with financial transactions and help to accomplish the day to day duties of the Credit Union.
