As an Associate Project Manager at Adventist Health, I led enterprise wide projects under the supervision of a program manager auditing my processes.What did I complete in this time?1) Closed a failing revenue cycle project by implementing processes for auditing. 2) Implemented PowerShare across the Enterprise which resulted in expediting stroke care and healthcare interoperability across the west coast.3) Deployed encryption standards across the enterprise securing mobile patient data.4) Migrated enterprise application reliance away from legacy IE resulting in avoidance of failure in critical systems.

At Adventist Health Feather River, I have had the opportunity to apply and develop my skills in technology as well as project coordination. My primary duties ranged from resolving hardware and software issues to assisting with telecommunications, networking, and other enterprise systems. I have become very familiar with a wide range of software applications such as Citrix, Microsoft Active Directory, Cyracom, Nuance, Imprivata, GE PACS, Varian, Cisco ISE, Cisco Telecom, Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Server, as well as many others. One of the things I love about my position is the freedom to take on projects at work. This has been critical to developing my experience in managing projects. Most of the projects I have taken on at work focus on upgrading critical systems such as HR Databases, EMR’s, Telecommunication systems, and department wide computer upgrades. These upgrades, expansions, and openings of new departments/clinics has greatly developed my skills in teamwork, communications management, resource management, and has greatly increased my abilities to execute organizational objectives both under budget and well within our time constraints. Since working for Adventist Health I have been recognized for producing top quartile results at work and I have been placed in the primary on-call position for Hospital and Clinic technology based emergencies ranging from systems failure to working with Surgeons and Nurses in the operating room to resolve equipment failures during procedures.
